Refund policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for coffee at this time.
If your coffee was damaged during shipping, please email hello@zazencoffee.co and provide us with your name and order number and a description of the issue you are experiencing and we will work to make it right.
If your coffee beans arrive and don't fit your order, we will replace them within one week of being notified of the error. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered, please email us at hello@zazencoffee.co with a photo of the product you received, so we can replace it with the correct item.
If you need assistance pausing, changing or cancelling your ongoing coffee subscription please email hello@zazencoffee.co and a representative will reach out to help.
