Designed to complement milk, be forgiving to brew and taste great when extracted with an espresso machine. We brew it as our "house" drip coffee, cold brew, and of course espresso. The components rotate seasonally while maintaining a consistent flavor profile of chocolate, caramel, and nuts with a creamy body. Currently 50% Brazil natural process from Rio Brilhante and 50% Guatemala washed process lot from Huehuetenango.
